- Preparation of monthly financial statements for RESCON and consolidated financials for RACI Holdings
- Prepare monthly general ledger reconciliations
- Maintain and recommend effective internal controls
- Participate in updating cash flow forecasts
- Assist in preparation of information of information for management and board meetings
- Participate in preparation of the Company’s annual budget and reforecasts
- Manage vendor relations and the payable department
- Review employee credit card charges for reasonableness
- Preparation of borrowing base certificates
- Interface and maintain an effective relationship with the Company’s lender
- Management of service agreements
- Assure business licenses are maintain
- Interface with outside auditors in the preparation of the Company’s annual audit and tax returns
- Make recommendations to improve operations and controls
